Alexandre Ollagnon provides advice in all areas of corporate real estate to the service, retail or the logistics industry (development, disposal and acquisition of buildings, building portfolios, real estate asset company shares, acquisition financing) and more particularly on acquisitions and sales in the health sector.

He graduated from Lyon III Law University where he obtained the Master of Business Law, post-graduated Corporate Legal Counsel degree (DJCE), and from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne Law University where he obtained the Master of Notary Law as well as the post-graduate Notary Degree.

He worked as associate with allez & associés and was appointed partner in 2023.
