It is managed by Dr. Marina Planck, registered German lawyer (Assessorin jur.). Marina Planck worked for 16 years with German banks as funding manager in France and is an acknowledged expert in mortgage (Pfandbrief) regulations. She was an active member of VDP (Verband Deutscher Pfandbriefbanken), the association of German mortgage banks in Berlin, which she continues to counsel on mortgage financing in France. Marina Planck is also member of the VDP Mortgage Round Table and foundress of the Women & Pfandbrief work group that brings together operating Pfandbrief banks in France.
